Zumba Fitness with Caroline

"Do I need a Partner ?" No, it is a fitness class. My classes are very friendly so people are happy to come along on their own or bring your friends - the more the merrier!

"Do I need to book my place or pay in advance ?" No, they are 'pay-as-you-go' classes. Just turn up in plenty of time to ensure you get your place.

"How much does it cost ?"   There are no joining or membership fees.

My Thursday morning class is £5 (10-11am)   or £6 if you would like to stay for my BODY TONE session until 11.30am.  This is an add-on session open to participants of the previous ZUMBA Fitness class. It involves additional strengthening and toning exercises including Pilates and Core stability work and finishing with stretching and relaxation.

 All evening classes are £5

On Monday evenings I hold an add-on BODY TONE  session from 8.00 until 8.30pm.  £6.50 for the 2 classes.

"I am pregnant, can i do Zumba ?"   Always check with your doctor or midwife before you come to make sure that they are happy for you to exercise. You shouldn't start a new type of exercise class or sport during pregnancy, but you can continue with anything that your body is already used to. Please come early to class and ask me for advice.

"Is it effective ?" Your success will depend on the effort that you put into the class.  The great thing about Zumba is that it is actually FUN, so you WILL want to do it regularly and put the effort in. Therefore, you are much more likely to get the results that you want.

"Is it complicated ?" Whilst some of the moves may be slightly unfamiliar at first, you will soon get used to them. We keep revisiting dances so that you get to know them. There will usually be one new dance every week to challenge you and the rest of the dances you will know from previous weeks.

"Do you teach any other types of exercise class ?" Yes, I also teach my BODY TONE class, as mentioned above.  Monday evenings at Sir John Leman High School next to Beccles Sports Centre 8-8.30pm (except Bank Holidays)

Thursday mornings at Haddiscoe Village Hall 11 - 11.30am. (During school term time only)
