Are you ready to party yourself into shape?

Who can do Zumba ?

Anyone from the age of 14 years old.

If you can walk briskly you can do Zumba ! 

It's suitable for men and women of all fitness levels because you can work at your own pace.

No previous dance experience is required.

"I have no co-ordination, can i do Zumba?"

  ... as long as you are not afraid to try.

It doesn't matter if you make mistakes, just do the moves with your own style!   

Zumba is all about having fun whilst improving your fitness!

 If it's your first class...

  • make sure that you're hydrated. Have a glass of water before you come to class and bring a bottle of water to have during & after the class.
  • Have a light meal or snack,  at least an hour before the class, so that you have some energy to exercise.
  • Wear comfortable, cool clothing that allows you to move & stretch. Trainers without too much grip are best with non-marking soles .
  • ARRIVE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY! You will need to complete a short Pre-exercise questionnaire for me and i must see it before we begin.
  • I often show variations of moves so that you can choose the level at which you want to exercise. If you aren't used to regular exercise stick to my easier, low impact moves.
