If you cannot attend the live classes you can join from home using the Zoom App. Watch using mobile phone, iPad or laptop
I have recorded classes available for my regular class members if you feel like exercising at a time of your choice. Just make your payment as usual and let me know which day you would like to do the class.
Don't forget to try my ADD-ON BodyTone class on Mondays for even more shaping, toning & strengthening. Plus extra stretching & relaxation

MONDAY 7-8pm classes - Sir John Leman High School hall -next door to 'The Venue' - Beccles Sports Centre - and shares the same car park. Just turn into the first car park entrance in front of the school which is on Ringsfield Road.
WEDNESDAY 7-8pm at Hobart High School main hall.Take the first left, as you enter Kittens Lane in Loddon, to the car park.
